Go to Outside the gates in the ticketing area.
Look for JR West Midori reserved-seat ticket vending machine.
Select SmartEX / JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION (5489) and prepare the items listed below.

Bring: Pickup QR or 16-digit code; SmartEX login password; payment card if staff request it
Pickup window: From three days before boarding
Watch for: Up to four reservations can be printed at a machine and pickup must finish before boarding

Same-day note: Machine pickup may fail on the day of membership registration
