Confirm whether your selected option is inside or outside the ticket gates.
Go to East Ticket Plaza or Shinkansen transfer gate.
Look for JR West Midori ticket machine / JR West Midori pickup machine.
Select SmartEX / JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION (5489) and prepare the items listed below.

Bring: Pickup QR or 16-digit code; SmartEX login password; payment card if staff request it
Pickup window: From three days before boarding
Watch for: Up to four reservations can be printed and pickup must finish before boarding

Same-day note: Machine pickup may fail on the day of membership registration

Bring: Physical payment card plus reservation number or QR; authentication number
Pickup window: Until the first day of ticket validity
Watch for: Some special products require a passport and later pickup is generally not allowed

Same-day note: Receipt only by the person who made the reservation
